You have a Fog/DRL equivalent LED bulb there. Generally fairly weak output for actual headlight use (300 lumens tops, with a very weak lux at any sort of distance), although if used within city limits might be ok.

If you want a proper LED headlight without a fan or all that other stuff, then I suggest this. I have this same bulb in my Hawk. It is bright, low power draw (18.3W), no fan, no external driver box, and has proper optical positioning for the reflector - it puts all of the light it makes where you need it. It's worth every penny.
