Does it crank? Should be able to start in neutral. If the starter is turning and not starting check to make sure the kill switch is off. That's just a safety switch so it won't start in gear without the clutch pulled.

It turns , the kill switch is off , the gas is on. I can't even kick it over, also yes it's in neutral. Do you know what those 2 wires do?

They complete the starting circuit when you pull the clutch if the bikes in gear. They won't keep it from firing. Pull the spark plug and make sure it is firing. Also check to make sure fuel is reaching the carburetor by opening the drain screw on the bowl. Did you try chocking the carb?

You can just tape them up until you get another switch from the dealer. Don't connect them together because it will start in gear.

I'm getting spark, the bike actually did start one time, it ran for a minute but wouldn't idle and cut off. Where is this screw your talking about?
