I have an Apollo 250 and I press in on accident the rear shock an “air” came out now the shock is completely soft.

I'm not sure if your shocks are nitrogen filled or just air. Does your manual specify how many psi of air or nitrogen to use?

Just unbolt the shock and take it into a local motorcycle shop and ask them to recharge it to whatever they think. You'll never get close to the pressure it requires with a home compressor. I'd take nitrogen over compressed air, since it's less sensitive to temperature changes (or so they say).
