New Apollo 250 owner
Hello all! I am in my 50's. I used to ride EVERY DAY when I was 7 until 20. I just let life get in the way for a while. I got the bug again. Bought an apollo db38 250 back in January. It came from Motobuys and was the best deal I could find anywhere. They had it delivered right to my door. After a couple of hours it was together. Looks great. Nothing missing. Nothing bent, broken, or scratched. Of course I wanted to start messing around with it. Changing oils and adjusting things. The next day I gassed it up and put the battery in. It cranked up and ran ok after it warmed up. Had to turn the idle up (like everyone else). It runs really really good. Road it around slow. Did the usual heat cycles and changed the oil. I took it out to a place near by with several hundred acres of riding area. It was a blast. This bike is awesome. It went everywhere I dared to take it. It is a better bike than I am a rider right now. Maybe I can catch up soon.

Welcome! Those DB38's are really nice bikes for the money. It won't take too long to catch back up to speed, although that bike may well just end up a bit scratched and bruised in the process lol.
