2007 Speedee Parts

Where can I find parts for a 2007 Speedee? Are parts universal with a specific Honda/Kawasaki/etc model? Specifically looking for a front wheel and plastics that will fit the bolt pattern.

Unfortunatly I think that's speaking of purchasing new. The bike is complete aside from needing plastics and a front wheel. I cannot find plastics that will positively match the bolt pattern unfortunatly.
