I'll chime in. I am running the PZ30 with stock exhaust and an aftermarket cone air filter. I am at sea level and current set is #40 pilot jet, #105 main jet, needle clip in the center slot, and 2 and 1/8 turns out on the mixture screw. I think I may still be slightly lean on decel so I may move the needle clip down one slot, or try the next pilot size. I think I have a #42 in the set I got off ebay.

Way rich. Choke all the way off? Air filter clean? Needle clip in the center position? Needle clip under the retainer clip?

Choke is off, new filter.

The needle clip was in position #2 from the bottom, I have moved it to position #4 counting from bottom up. Seems to have helped the mid range a bit.
Retainer clip is present and in position.

Here is an updated plug with 3.5 hours of use with the new settings.

Looks about right to me. Check it again after a couple more hours riding.

You look to be out of the rich zone... but want to keep an eye on it to be sure you aren't getting into the lean/hot zone.
