coolster 125

Are all coolster 125 frames welded wrong? I have read on other sites that others have the same problem. It seems that the the frame was not welded together correctly. You can put a straight edge across the back tires to the front tires and there is about a three inch difference between one side and the other Like the frame was welded together out of square. Grandson has enjoyed the atv and it doesn't seem to effect performance. I've regeared, added larger tires on back and also drilled in some grease fittings. Going to replace back bearing next to american standard. Bought a coolster front shock and put it on the back. Grandson only weighs about 45 pounds,

Its how you go about tightening the chain.. If not done right the tensioners pull the axle crooked. There was a post about it not too long ago using ratchet straps to keep it straight while tightening.
