Flashlightboy, I upgraded the headlight on my DR650 with great success! I'm very happy with it overall, the only small complaint I have is that when I'm ff-road at night, the color washes out all depth perception. I'm going to mount some other lights at a different angle to help overcome the issue, but I'm not sure if more light is the answer. Thanks for the post!

Not to hijack anyone's thread but I was curious about something.
I have not pulled the headlight bulbs out on my Bravo ATV but from the backside of the lens housing, there are three wires. I assume the headlights use a standard 1157 27/8.3 watt dual filament turn/park signal bulb used on a car. Where the low beam is 8.3 watts and the high beam is 27 watts. I can't really tell any difference between high or low beam. I'm not sure if both the 8.3 and the 27 watt filaments burn at the side time when the switch is moved all the way to the right or what. I've used these LED replacement bulbs on cars. I've got a Citroen 2CV and could barely read the speedometer at night. I think the original bulb was less than 5 watts. I wasn't so concerned with my speed as I was knowing when to shift. Since this is a 29 HP car, you pretty much have to rev it to the shift mark to make any power. I couldn't see where the needle lined up with the reference marks. I installed an LED bulb and it's so much easier to see it now. Anybody know?

Most common HL bulb is BA20d (双爪/ twin-paw)
others are P15d-25-1(单爪/ single paw) / H4 (三爪/ 3-paw)

led headlight
this replacement part is the whole housing for the KIDS 110 CC ATV.... this is cheaper and better than the factory one..... the other models of atvs can use much better led headlights and for the dash bulbs they make brighter bulbs with a bigger output of light... so check out your bulb requirements and get the right one... as with the led lights there is no real bulb to burn out like the factory lights..
