16 inches of snow
well you know you have a bunch of snow when snowmobiles are ripping down your road. plow trucks haven't really made an effort yet.

Odd. Guess that's the difference between mass and Connecticut. Plows are all over the place here.

Our plow (we have just one for our area) is pretty on-top-of-it. We're on the lower end of his run and the truck is stored about 200 yards from our house. He's on it quick, even if it starts to snow in the middle of the night.
We just topped 50+ inches of rain yesterday here.....and another dumper today for the commute home. I know we just went through a "years long" drought....but everyone can quit praying for rain now.

Yeah Sam our town is very small but our guys are usually on top of things. not sure what the issue is.
of Course my plow truck blew a brake line at 3 pm I was out till about 4:30 trying to repair it, then I called it quits. Sounds like a nice Sunday project. I was able to get my driveway, my in-laws drive way and 1/2 of my neighbors driveway done. |
