Yup i might of been a bit too keen on the rtv, going to rebuild again and remove every particle of rtv,and just plain gaskets this time
In relation to the rubber bung i read somewhere its to redirect oil to other passages apparently |

Now that you mention it, I've spotted that on XR200 motors, but I haven't built one in a long time.

HB, is that a CB engine diagram? Is there much of a difference between a CB250 and a CRF230 engine? Do they have the same stud spacing?
