Another New Toy

I made good use of that $50 Amazon gift card my oldest gave me for my 60th.

Arrived just in time as I've just gone through the carbs on the CX today. Too cold, wet, and dark to futz with it tonight but will give a report as to how it works ASAP.

Sure.
Main reason I got this was that I was trying to keep my grandson from playing with my homemade liquid manometer that I have been using. 'Trying' is the key word here. I didn't succeed and he dropped it on the garage floor before I could get it away from him. Two shattered Snapple bottles and 24oz of ATF later...

Dang thing worked really nice, too.

Nice! That beats the heck out of the old "suction cup/clear tube/with floaty ball" like we used to use!

I have one of those sitting on the shelf in garage, where it will stay.

I hated my old mercury one. I doubt they make those anymore...

Nowadays my only carbureted bikes are singles, so they stay in synch pretty well. ;-)

That's a nice birthday present. I'm glad to hear from your other thread that this unit works well.

Thanks, Spud. I am really pleased that it helped me chase down the real cause of the misfire. I do think it is all better now.
