Sunl doesn't have the best reputation and also unless you plan to travel at 30mph it might not be the best thing to buy.

Thanks, The dealer up the street told me he could get her a Jackel 150s.
Have you heard any reviews on Jackel?

Haven't heard of a Jackel, but I think you would be happier with a 150cc. At least it can probably keep up with traffic.

have you checked craigslist too? There are a few nice, almost new scoots listed here for pretty cheap, since rainy season is upon us.
