Help identifying bike

Hi I recently bought this bike I cannot find any information as to who made it model owners manual nothing.
I have tried running the VIN number online but nothing comes up.

My registration shows it is a CPI LT-150. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike.
