there was a person on YOUTUBE doing a demo test on these... I think he said it really did not change a lot of the performance.. you also have to change jets.. and do a lot like WELD did... port the exhaust & intake to let more air flow... in & out.. but it is a hobby...

Are you asking about setting the ignition timing, or setting the valves?

hello let me shed a little light on my issue at hand. I recently purchased a used 06 sunl 200cc enduro with only 226 miles on it. the story with the bike is lots of weather damage. so needless to say the bike has been jury rigged mutilpe times before it was mine. the person from which I purchased the bike mentioned there might be a timing issue and that I should look in to it. so I started analyzing some of the by pass wiring and other ridiculous attempts at quick fixing and found myself removing the valve cover flywheel case in an attempt to verify whether timing was off or not by examining any timing marks.
I love being a mechanic though im not yet certified I know that its my second nature, but all my experience is with automobiles (cars and trucks) and this is my first motor cycle or enduro and cant find a factory service repair manual on the bike so the "F" and the "T" and the three or so lines on the fly wheel don't give me enough info n know the bike is in time I always prefer the factory shop manual on any thing I work on but sometimes a short utube video is all the enlightening I need to to make a repair. so if you could please enlighten me about ignition timing on my sunl 200cc or even point me in the direction that could I would truly appreciate it . thank you and ill be eagerly awaiting your reply.
