J1 and J2 are the connectors at the ECM, and are not designed for scanner interface, much like in your car. What we need to find is either the male version of the Delphi 6-pin, or just buy a male OBD2 connector and ditch the Delphi connector.

What we need to know is the pinout of the Delphi 6-pin.
