Coolster 210 (70cc) Carb Idling too high

I have a new bike that is Idling too high, tried the throttle cable adjustment but it is maxed out, I can turned the throttle cable adjuster the other way and it does increase the Idle, I need to Idle down, I cannot find any adjustments, it is a PZ20 (CA-17) (FDJ-PZ007) carb, any help would be great, so far I cannot find anything on the web for adjustments
Thanks

In addition to the cable adjustment, there is an idle stop screw (Adjusts where the slide bottoms out or how far the butterfly can close) and an idle mixture screw (controls the proportions and amount of fuel/air mixture at idle).....Also, ANY air leak into the intake tract between the carb and engine can cause high idles or uncontrollable revving....

A pic of your carb might help diagnose the problem....
