Las Vegas Hello....

Bought a Kinroad GY 200 in a box and assembled it last fall -

Here it is just out of the box. The kid can't wait for dad to do his thing....

Took me about 6 hours of head scratching and assembly - A LOT more head scratching time than actual assembly time I think. There were no instructions - there WAS a CD in the box - but I couldn't read any of the files - :lol

Here it is with the tires on and up on the lift:

Once it was all together (minus the cheesy plastic overlays on the gas tank)

I just dumped in some gas & oil - and viola! The Kid and I were happily putting around the neighborhood.

It's got about 200 miles and 1000 hours on it so far - we beat the snot out of it - my wife and son are learning on it so it gets abused quite a bit....

All the plastic is gone - but it runs & starts just fine.....

I am looking for a source on a new front wheel - kid hit a ditch and it's a little out of round right now....

Hey welcome to the forum, nice wheelie.
I forgot how to do that............... it's been a long while, I used to be able to wheelie anything, now I can't even pop it over a curb.

Hmmmm maybe the extra 60 lbs I put on since then has something to do with that...................nawwwww , must be the bike :?

How has it worked out???

Hi,

I found a gent with the Kinroad models in Vegas, was thinking about
buying my son one of them.

How do you like it now you had it a bit?
Any problems?
Have you had to buy parts?

Thanks!

kinroads in vegas

roady,

My Kinroad 200cc gy-01 came out of Vegas also. LV Imports? I got it off ebay.. Its really a quite rugged bike it has a better mudplate than most of the other dual sports Ive seen coming out of china.. It runs great and as long as you tighten all the bolts, use loctite etc.. see the ds bike prep thread.

Ive seen these bikes going for $1000 or less including delivery lately.

Well worth the money.

Good Luck
