Time to organize!

Ok, gang;

I know many of you are sick and tired of Tank. You know, the lack of
parts, support, customer service, answers, etc.

I've relayed my story here before, so I won't go into all the details,
but you can find them elsewhere in this forum.

I suggest everyone who has had or is still having a bad experience
with Tank get together. We need to ORGANIZE and make our presence
felt. We need to make Tank realize that we are not going to allow
ourselves to get stuck with their bikes without the following:

1) PARTS

2) Support

3) CUSTOMER SERVICE

4)Any other concerns

Just for the record, as we all know, there's strength in numbers. We
need to bombard Tank with our concerns in order to see some ACTION
from them.

Personally, I have been battling Tank for MONTHS now trying to get
some parts. This has continued to fall on deaf ears. I've heard this
from many Tank owner's out there.

I'm open for suggestions on how we, as a group, can get Tank to take
care of us. Keep in mind, if we do not act, we will continue to get
more of the same from Tank...which is NOTHING.

So, please, my fellow Tank owner's...let do this and make Tank listen.

Best of luck to ya OC! I hope you find a way to get satisfaction from them although I remain skeptical that you will. You have my moral support.

If you live a bit closer I'd hep you build that thang from the ground up and do it right.

Thanks, dude. Yeah...I hope everyone gets up and does something (trust me...I will). We need to kick Tank in the ass! No worries on the bike being built. That I can do. It's just that I shouldn't HAVE to (it's a NEW bike dammit!). I'm actually building a streetfighter. The Tank is just a commuter.

Since they are registered on the stock market, buy a few shares and demand action as a shareholder. They are based in California, and the gov't of Calif is pretty much consumer friendly, so contact the BBB (can't remember if you did that already). Keep organizing with p'offed owners of Tank products.

In a few weeks, I will be going to the greater metropolitan L.A. area, so perhaps I could drop by to see what their situation is. My little sister works for CNN in the L.A. office, so perhaps a news story? At the very least, I would contact the major network news affiliates in L.A. as they run those investigative news stories over "rip-off" companies. I know that that would give Tank some bad p.r. if one of them picked up the story!

Get me a list of people from other sites that have issues, and anyone reading this thread can also chime in. I will see what I can do.

I will do my best, dude. a lot of people have complained. But, when I posted "Time TO Organize", it's like they don't want to! I will keep pushing and get some names together. I'll get the word out what we are doing here and will update you ASAP.

Thanks, dude. I really appreciate the help on this.
