July 4th NITE Ride Qlink XF200
Had a pretty cool ride last night over the 4th - I DO NOT recommend though a 40 mile trip at night. I'm glad The wife followed me home with her high beems on. Really made a HUGE Difference. The OEM Bulbs are NOT Bright enough by no means. I was getting pretty scared to see Deer. Thank god I didn't. Made it home safe and COLD. It was 63 at midnight but the windchill made it like 40 or less. Hope everyone had a Nice 4yh of July.

I've had the XF out at night before, I didn't think it was TOO bad. Had the high beams on the whole time. Definitely not great, but I was taking it slow. Glad to see you didn't encounter any deer, and glad to see you enjoying the XF.

The halogen Q light is smallish but better than some CB's, and lots better than my BSA's Bic lighter headlight!
Glad you had a good time.

I'm glad you had a nice ride, Andrew. If a motorcycle rider isn't afraid of the Pennsylvania, whitetail deer, he isn't sane. When I lived in Pennsylvania the state was recording 100,000, road-killed whitetails a year! 8O
