That police bike is made by Johnny Pag. He's supposedly a respected bike builder, and it is a China bike.

I have the 250 spider in blue with white flames.I like it more and more everytime i ride it.Handles much better than i expected for a long bike.Cant tell exact speed on it because speed sensor is off.Waiting for a replacement.speed never shows more than 55 mph and ive been up to atleast 75 going down hill.I need to get my camera out one day and take some pics. It don't hadle worth a darn under 10 mph,but above that it good.Seat needs more cushion.you can feel the two mount points on each side through the seat.Replace it with a better seat like my yamaha vstar has is my planned repair for this.
