Spring is always best in the MidWest... the weeds and brush is minimized and no fleas/ticks (especially nice)! The answer(s) depend on... What's your preferred budget? Do you want a carburetor or EFI? Adjustable suspension important? How about wheels? Do they need to be full sized (21" front wheel, for instance)? How beefy does the swingarm need to be?
