FamilyGoCarts.com no paperwork

Hi guys still dealing with some issues regarding a Tao purchase. Bike had some severe wiring issues but that's been taken care of. The issue here is the paperwork. The bike never shipped with any title or MCO and upon calling the seller they state this is due to the china virus??? Is it true this is something that is shipped later on? Going on a fair amount of time now and seller will not respond, any suggestions or experience with this? At this point it's not legal and who's to prove that I own it with no paperwork except a generic email receipt with no Vin?

Thanks

It is true that most China bikes ship without the paperwork ,it usually has to be asked for after receiving the bike .The beer virus might effect sending thepaperwork out if the store it was purchased from is not able to be open ,but that would depend on their area (around here dealerships were all closed except the service department ) .
