Nicely done. Most tool tubes don't last very long due to the way their mounts are built, but looks like you thought about evenly distributing a relatively light load amongst the individual pieces of hardware. I'm pretty sure if you have a big tube, and shop carefully, you can find a liquor bottle to fit inside with the lid on.

Most bottles fit. I pulled that out slightly to show what it was. The cigars fit great in the small tube. The tube on the right side holds the tool bag permanently, the others will have varying purposes. The two large ones are held on by those stainless clamps with a rubber cover. Two on the rear, one on the front, around the luggage rack tubes. (Only one shown in the photo, I went back and decided two was better.) . I think that should help with weight and vibration. The small one is just held on with #12 stainless wood screws right into the black plastic below the painted body plastic.

How am I supposed to know about liquor bottles? I don't drink, so I appreciate the education. I do carry a bit of Everclear for mechanical and medicinal purposes (good cleaner/degreaser, sterilizes water and wounds, good for starting campfires). Anywho, bought 4 big ones years ago and never used them. Started shopping for boxes to fit, then my boys came home from WyoTech and they build me whatever I dream up.

Love it. Seems my Crown Royal would still find it challenging though. I better keep my trunk for those emergencies.

Do you have huge flasks, or are you a light drinker?

I'm a non-drinker because I am allergic to ethanol. However, I very much appreciate this thread.
