Hawk 250 Turn Signal Horn
I've searched but haven found anyone talking about the annoying blinker horn. I've found the relay where the high pitch sound is coming from when the blinker is on but removing it makes the blinkers not work. Has anyone removed?

Thank you so much for posting that youtube video. I was literally searching the internet for days on how this could be eliminated or decreased. Plus, I can now finally access my hawks tool box without any problems, due to the fact that the bolts have been removed!

I'm going to side with the keep it crowd. Since you are not going to be the fastest thing on the road, yahoo drivers/riders are likeky to come up behind you at speed and try to pass on any side they think is best. If you are tooling down the road and don't see them coming, showing a turn blinker you forgot about is likely to influence their decision.
for example, if the blinker shows left and they decide to go right at speed, suddenly becoming aware of them behind you might cause an almost involuntary lurch to the right(here in US anyway) which is likely to turn out BAD! - brits please reverse the scenario) leave it loud enough to remind you thru a helmet.

I literally cut that wire before I rode the bike for the first time. That beep was so annoyingly loud it was comical. I'd rather forget the blinker was on than hear that.
Plus, after tens of thousands of miles riding, you don't forget so much...

Im so glad I found this thread. I got my new Hawk Running Today and these turn signal beepers is the most irritating thing ever. I can now use my turn signal without looking like a have a motorcycle with the alarm going off...
