I missed your thread. I have a few 200cc Honda CG clones, and I'm running the following:
30mm Mikuni 30 slow jet 110 main jet Foam pod air filter Free-flowing muffler Sea level to about 1000 feet

My Zongshen ZS200GY-2 employs the same Teikei MV28 carburetor as the currently manufactured, Yamaha TW200 motorcycle. I have listed jet information in several threads in the ZS200GY-2 sticky, located at the top of the Dual Sport Forum. However, I won't list those jets here, since my carburetor is different from the carburetors employed by the typical Chinese bike which has a clone of a Honda engine.

I was wanting to use a foam filter, but all my riding is offroad. Mud, water, and dust. I really like the may my factory air box is situated. i may just try to modify it.

The third pic with the pink anodized muffler is what I'm using: http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=6291
This thread shows the foam pod filter I'm using. Excellent filter. http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=9467

I don't like the Keihin PZ carbs as much, because jets can be hard to find. I don't have any other info on the carbs I've ordered, other than they say Mikuni on them, and the eBay description is 30mm.

The Mikuni I've used several times has never been over $40 including shipping.
