carb replacement
can I change out a Sheng Wey pz30 for a minuki 30mm carb? I have a Lifan 200 cc

Do it. I've installed several. You might need to re-jet for your specific bike, but that's cake.

Well. Time to learn. Taking apart the carb is something that you can handle. It does not requrie special tools.

That depends upon other mods and the elevation you ride at. If you're near sea level and you install a free-flowing exhaust and air filter, you'd likely need a 112 main jet and a 25 or 30 slow jet. If you ride at 5000 feet and keep the stock exhaust and air filter, you'd probably be using the 100 main and 20 slow that comes with the carb.
