wow, I should have ordered from them. when I got my bike the first thing I did was go to KM web page and request a mso. they said they have to get it from RPS , then he has to send it to them and they have to turn around and send it to me. we only have 20 days from when you buy the bike to register it or you pay a penalty for each day after. I am well over 20 days .

Ron, I have to say I had a BAD experience with motobuys myself.
Quoted from my post made back last year " Got MCO ( MSO?) in 04/27/2015 Recap: Motobuys order date: 02/19/2014 Receive MCO date: 04/27/2014 Just over 9 weeks to get the Manufacturer Certificate of Origin. " . . Yeah, sometimes those company's just flat out suck. Now, SUPOSEDLY, Motobuys has got better at getting MCO's out the door faster. But, I am of the sort that if you screw me once, you don't get a second chance. So Motobuys truly did loose a repeat customer.

I am getting into the same problem with motobuys it's going on a month and they haven't done anything but oh it's the factories fault. Hey motobuys we don't buy our motorcycles to look at them. So no Louis they haven't "fixed' anything.

Well, I am sorry to have , as they say, gone around the block to get next door.
I have been test riding and debating over this whole "next scooter" thing for over a month now. Came soooooooooooooooo close to ordering a TaoTao Lancer150. And I am sure with some upgraded parts ( fuel & vacuum lines, NCY clutch kit, etc. ) it would have been a great reliable scoot. But. Again. I went Honda. I just have a hard time not buying Honda I guess. The resale value is so dang good on them to boot. And the absolute reliability just gives me a piece of mind. After test riding (all very lightly used ) a PCX150, Elite 110, Piaggio Fly150, and a Zuma 125, , , , , , , I bought a last year carry over 2015 Honda GROM. .

I own two Hondas myself. Congratulations on the purchase of your Grom. If you have time, please start a new thread on your Honda Grom in our Other Brands Forum. We would love to learn more about your new bike.
