Sheng Wey carburator C Clip adjustment.

I was reasonably sure that someone and I think it was "Q" said it would improve cold engine running on my Hensim 250 street bike. Today I brought it into the shop and was going to try it but it is nothing like the carbs we are used to on many of these bikes. It does not appear to have the same slide type mechanism in the carb. Any clues?

This is the same carb on the Honda rebel. It starts good, but needs full choke for the first half mile.
