carb jets
i ported my head on my roketa 200, and i need bigger jets for it, currently my motor is apart, because my piston seized i think due to the lack of oil even though it had plenty.
2 questions - where can i get a new piston and cylinder w/connecting rod, and where can i get main jets that fit in my carb along with air mixture screw(keeps falling out) all help is appreciated guys, thanks, chris |

If I may ask, what model Roketa do your own?

coleary15, if you take the right side cover off of your engine (assuming that it's a Honda clone), you should see the oil pump at the upper right. There will be a cover that is secured by three Phillips head screws; remove the cover and make sure that the area behind it is clean. That's where debris normally hides, and it restricts the oil into the pump, thereby starving it.

Roketa sell parts for the DB-27 (RJD-200) motorcycle at its website.
http://www.roketa.com/product/produc...D=0&proID=2037 http://www.roketa.com/product/parts_...SSEMBLY%282%29 However, it appears Roketa sells only the complete engine, and the complete carburetor. :( I am not sure, but I assume the Roketa DB-27 engine is a Honda clone; if this is so, you should be able to find Honda parts that will work. I am not very familiar with your motorcycle; therefore, I hope other Roketa DB-27 owners will offer their advice. Spud
