ordered '20 Brozz, got '18
TX-ass powersports has ripped me off. I sent them an email, no response, so I started a dispute with the CC company. That may get their attention. The '18 Brozz doesn't have the USD forks, the rear disk brake nor the luggage rack. I can see some positives in this. The conventional forks are lighter, there is a rubber pad which acts as a rack, so that is superfulous, and I'll never have to replace pads or rebuild hydraulics with the rear drum. As much as I wanted the '20, the '18 will probably do.
How much of a refund should I demand from them? $250? $350?

The standard 2018 Brozz sold for about $1595 delivered, if I remember correctly.

Brozz250.com is the only dealer that can sell you a 2020.

Im still waiting to see how my experience goes. Bike's in transit, im trying to keep my expectations in the right place. I know there may be some dings or normal shipping rubs. But I fear Im going through the same experience as other members - with display units being shipped, etc.

How long ago did you get this? I have only been checking their site here recently,...but I've never seen a Brozz offered. In fact (as Jerry says), I have only ever seen the Brozz listed, at Peace Sports/Brozz250.com

It's just Manny. His history is well documented here. TXP and all his related businesses should be avoided at all cost. He owns a ton of them now.
The only truly reputable business....to date....is CSC. Even Don has had his ups and downs. I know there are others that are hit and miss. (SPS, PSM, etc..)...and that's been the normal China Rider experience....but Manny is a charlatan. We've had members here who have been completely torched by that ass.

Definitely need to add Peace Sports/Jeff/Brozz250.com to that recommendation.... I don't think you could do better anywhere else, of course, my opinion....

Got a $200 refund. I'm calling it good and licking my wounds. Lesson learned. Got bike running this afternoon.

Man it is scary how hit and miss this is.
I ordered my TBR7 from TXP and guess I consider myself lucky it was uneventful. The MCO, Bill of Sale, Receipt all had different names, different company names, it drove the NY DMV nuts... but I got 'er done. Thanks lucky rabbits foot. |
