I would assume Hawk or CSC wheels would fit just fine. The bike will be very slightly slower(more rotational mass) and you will go over obstacles slightly more easily. Road handling may not be quite as sharp. Most of the time you probably won't notice much if it all.

Cool, thank you very much. Let me know if anybody finds a link to the 21/18 rims at a reasonable price or for the whole wheel with tires. Thank you
