Tomorow or later tonight ill take some pics of the hardware i have left. I noticed I have no bolts long enough to attach the from brake caliper lol. Might of used wrong ones on the luggage rack, will get new ones from hardwre store, it was way to difficult to get them bolts into the rack holes not cross threaded. Plan on never removing them again. Anybody know what grade of bolt i need for the front brake caliper?

Identical to how mine came. Nice.

FWIW my luggage rack bolts need retourqed about once a month and that rack can’t support much weight if you’re doing off road bumpy terrain. My spokes have yet to need anything done to them so give the wheels a good spin and check the true and you’ll probably be aces. The rear brake is very very weak over 35 mph so keep a safe distance in traffic and slow down a little ahead of time for downhill stop signs etc. The stock tubes in mine were far superior to the local KTM dealer m’s “heavy duty” they sold me for $27 per wheel so you should be aces on that aspect too. I was so impressed I’m reusing them in my new tires and looking for a online seller of the Yuang Shin Famous Tire Company brand. I rode LOTS of off road at 20 and 25 psi stock tires and tubes, I kept the valve stem nuts 1-2mm backed off from touching the rim and never had an issue.

While you’re at the nuts and bolts store you can pick up real rubber washers for pennies to use on all the plastics etc. The stock ones are purely junk. A month or so of use and the originals begin to crack and split. Another tip FWIW don’t fill up the last couple inches of the gas tank. These caps will siphon all over your bike in a heartbeat if the cap stem can reach the liquid. My gas cap FWIW quit vibrating my ears to death once I put a double thick square of duct tape on the inside of the key hole cover.

Congrats on The Storm!
