Grom clone mods in states requiring emissions test
Hi All,
I pulled the trigger on a 2019 Hellcat earlier today. I planned on adding some modest modifications starting with a pipe, carb and removing anything restricting power like a PAIR system. Is there a trick to passing the emission test after these type of mods or do they not affect emissions that much? Thanks |

Depends on the State you live in. Texas does not do emissions tests on motorcycles; only safety inspections.
You may want to ask that kind of question on a more local forum. Most major cities have their own local motorcycle forums for meetups and such.

Same here in Louisiana. They don't do emissions testing. If you live they do emissions testing it will be best to leave everything intact.
