TQ spec: Ref to CG125 shop manual https://josemaco.files.wordpress.com...h-62ktjam5.pdf
Yep, those are the correct seals. --- Check it's all OK 1st when received the kit. Nameless rebuild kit tends had more hassle (Someone's BAD story http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/showthread.php?8624) than those from reputable seller.

I think if you go to AutoZone, you can rent a n/m torque wrench. I am sure that the Chinese are on the Metric System. That way you don't have to worry about a screwed up translation of the numbers...ARH

Is it me, or does it look like it may have been starving for oil at some point? Note the wrist pin where the rod journal rides..

I see a lot of signs common of an air cooled motor that got too hot. Aside from the scuffing on the piston and cylinder, notice nthe impression from the oil control ring in the cylinder wall? Looks like the engine was soft seized at some point. A lack of proper oiling could definitely contribute to this. I agree with replacing the jug and piston.

Yes, that varnish on the wrist pin definatley indicates either filthy oil run so long as to have lost its lubricating facility, or oil level so low that the oil got cooked. These engines run very little oil in the crankcase and air-cooled engines are at least 40% oil cooled, so it is essential to keep the oil level right up to the full mark. I have seen lawnmower engines like this before where the owner didn't clean the grass clippings/mouse nests out of the fins and/or ran the oil too long/too low...ARH

Starting vertically from the top of the right column, you see 24, 15, 7 and 9 ft/lbs.

While you're buying new parts for your motor, you can select a high-compression piston that would match the bore. I'm sure that Humanbeing can point you in the right direction. That would squeak out a little more hp that you're seeking.

Modding CG200
Those 凸 https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=10145674020 http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=13899418088 is for stock CB156 (early CRF150F had SAME bore/stroke). Will it works? No one had exact answer. As i said b4 in http://chinariders.net/showpost.php?...95&postcount=2 that maker's page is useful to distinguish common chinese piston btw. Higher c/r can archived by lowering the height (ie. Thinner gasket...) --- 1-2 degree can gained by playing around the alternator (PiTA to get it done right)
