Almost the same specs as my 2014 Honda CB500X. My CB is lighter and cost less brand new, $5499 OTD. 2015/16 can still be found as low as $4500 new and with ABS braking.

I'm assuming the rx4 would be similarly equipped as the rx3 is as a package with certain standard options. you never know just what csc would spec for the best chance for sales.

No but I have less than $550 in my set up.If you count both my luggage set ups, I have less than $750 in two different set ups. One is my touring set up comprised of Givi side and rop racks, plastic medium JCW trunks used as side cases, with a large JCW trunk. My adventure set up is my large Tusk aluminum panniers and large JCW trunk. I have Hepco Becker upper tank guard and lower engine guard. They have saved my bike in what would have been a fatal drop.

This still puts me right at $6000 in my bike. I have some other farkles but I wouldn't count them as they would be owner installed even on a china bike.

My touring set up.

The Tusk panniers I have but don't currently have installed. All of my luggage is quickly removable.

What is the height and width as compared to the stock windshield?
If it is an aftermarket screen, who is the manufacturer?
Nice looking bike. Is that a 2014?

Thanks. Yes 2014, and that windshield is a special snow flake. Not many were bought by people in the US. It's a Honda dark tinted windshield, made by Givi, and only sold in Thailand by 118Bikes. It the same as the US sold clear Givi windshield. I can only approximate the height difference at about 8 to 9 inches taller than the short Honda OE windshield. Here's some comparison pics.

I like to make fair comparisons.
Yes. They are extremely close in comparison in weight and price. The CB500X is a twin sporting FI and it's a true 471cc with 49.6 HP. It's 420lbs fueled up and ready to ride away. My touring luggage set up weighs 27lbs, maybe a little less. I'm going by shipping weight. I think this is pretty close to the RX4. The RX4 price doesn't include all the added fees, taxes, and other stuff. My $5499 price was OTD including all fees and everything to reg and tag the bike to ride. Just add insurance. Which is cheap for me, because of age, experience, driving record, yada, yada, yada. I hope this helps explain things a little better.

ben2go,
Thanks for posting the photos and information. I'll probably purchase the untinted Givi for the USA customers.

I have a CB500X as well, are those the Kendra's on yours? I just put the new Pirelli Scorpion Trail II's on mine. Your tires look more aggressive then mine in some pics and very similar in others.

In the first pic with the dark windshield, I have Shinko 705's. it's the best all around tire. I ride a lot of gravel and they work good. Not so good for mud or sand, which I avoid. In the second pic, with the clear OE windshield, I have the OE Scorpions. They were OK, but really soft and bald by 6000 miles. I could spin up the rear coming out of corners. Just not much traction, not good in the rain either.

The SSR 250 MX bike runs the Zong NC250 motor.

Do you think the SSR 450 MX bike has a Zong 450 in it??? Anyone know? Could this be the new RX4 motor? If so, this is great beta testing.

My CB500X is 30.9 and the TRK502 is 31.5 that doesn't seem like a lot, but it is for us shorties.
