Hola Spud, I need to service my vento´s fork. According to your post the songzhen uses an oil seal 30x50x11 mm. I searched on skf but the stores only have 30x50x10mm and wonder if I could use this size.
Gracias

Hola, I service the forks with the oil seal size recomended by spud and humanbeing. I used REPSOL 10W. The bike improved and rides better than the old and leaking oil seals. I am confused with the black smoke coming from the exhaust (the outlet and right turning light are black) and white plug. According to the experts, black smoke means rich mixture and white plug lean mixture. I am using mikuni 120 and needle carb on 4th notch. I know 120 is very small but I found the 137.5 and the bike does not run beyond 70 km. Using the 120 the bike reaches 100 km. I will buy the jets ASAP to fix the problem but could someone explain why white plug and black smoke?
Gracias

When are you actually seeing black smoke? Only at idle, or also at wide open throttle?

In fact, I can´t see the smoke only build up at the exhaust´s outlet and turning light. i shortened the exhaust 1.5 inches to avoid smoke build up.

I recommend a plug chop at cruising speed.
