A couple California net dealers
Had been looking around for a youth dirt bike and found the model we liked being carried by some CA dealers.
First we tried to get some information from Powersportsmax. The blew off all emails. Both their web site question "ticket" and direct emails. After there or four attempts, I just gave up. This can't be too good for business to ignore customer questions. The only criteria I can grade them on is customer service. So in that respect they earn an F. ---- SuperiorPowerSports. They immediately responded to questions with a "live chat" feature. Their BBB rating was satisfactory as well. We ended up ordering a 200cc Roketa from them. They sent delivery information and shipped out the order the next day. Bike came in a steel framed crate. A bit scuffed up, but nothing too major. Overall, a decent transaction. Grade: B |

Thank you for giving your feedback. It's never a good sign when the seller won't talk to you, even before the sale!

Powersportsmax is also motopartsmax, as well as Ride Max Inc and Dealc Inc.
It made me worry when the same company, out of the same building, has so many names. But being as these are china bikes, parts that are kept in inventory stateside are hard to come by, so options are limited. I ordered a gasket set from them..under the name Motopartsmax, it was the cheapest price around. The order showed as processing on the website for a few days, then when I checked it again a couple days later it showed as delivered. Went and checked the mail, it was there, . Haven't had any customer service experience with them, but have read bad reviews of their customer service. But as far as knowing what you want and ordering it, I give them an A. Also, reading some reviews, be weary about ordering parts that are normally attached to something else, IE the helper spring on the kickstand, I've read that they will send the entire assembly and charge for the other parts, even though they list them separately. |
