Vertical Horizon Fork Lift Stand Review

Several months ago I purchased a Vertical Horizon Fork Lift Stand for my Zongshen 200GY-2 motorcycle. When used with a swingarm stand, this fork lift stand greatly facilitates removing the front wheel from my motorcycle.

I purchased this fork lift stand on eBay, for about $35, from a different vendor than the one shown in the link below. However, my fork lift stand is the same model, only it is red in color.

I moved the springs on the support rods to the outside of the stand, and I bought some washers from the local Ace Hardware store to adjust the width of my fork lift stand. In the original configuration, the spring pushing on the inside of the support arm usually caused the right fork support to contact the brake rotor, interfering with the removal, and the installation of the front wheel. The washers allow me to adjust the width of the stand perfectly, so it does not interfere with the brake rotor on any set of motorcycle forks.

This fork lift stand is very sturdy, and very easy to use. Changing the front wheel is a very easy job while using this fork lift stand, and I am very pleased with this product.
