Top end swap from 125 to 110

Hey folks, this is a great forum. Ive been poking in & out reading for a while now.

Ive got a question for the hopefully knowing.

Can I swap piston,cyl,& head from my 4spd (rotary shift) 125 elec.start Honda clone midi street bike engine to my Shucks/Oriely 110cc Honda clone dirt bike ?

Its just that I have them both & don't ride the midi street 125 primarily due to my mile long gravel drive & that tranny sucks. But if I can get more cubes for the price of a few gaskets on the little dirt bike, I'm gonna start wrenching !
