Genata GT250L-RE carb trouble?

Hello. I own a Genata GT250L-RE, 4-stroke 2008 model, and Im having engine problems. I assume the problem is in the carburator.
I have read almost every single thread in this forum and googled for about a month, but without any positive results.
The carburator I have is a Deni (deKni) PZ30.

I have bought a new spark plug.
I have cleaned, and air-compressed the entire carburator.
I have tried with a different battery.
I have tried adjusting the two screws in almost every possible option.
I have refilled the fuel tank with new fresh gasoline.
I have checked (not sure what its called) the black rubber ring thats between the carburator and the intake, which is fine.
I have checked the vacuum hose which also is fine.

It still sounds like its getting too much air.
Does anybody know the exact setting for this carb?

thanks in advance
