turn signal relay

ok have a 2006 Roketa DB-07 (RJM-200E) GY200cc went to ride it yesterday and noticed that when you are reving the motor that the turn signals work fast and sometimes not at all and sometimes really slow ....well went home and took the side panels off and the seat, too look for a ground coming loose and found my flasher relay slipped loose and was melted to the exhaust pipe. Flicked it a couple of times and clamped it back in place but has a pin hole and Im sure it wont last long So Roketa.com has them for 27 bucks shipping and all but they are calling it a Singing Sparking Relay http://www.roketa.com/product/parts_...artName=ENGINE ASSEMBLY(2)

part number DB-07-200-02-08 looks exactly like what I need but am wondering can I pick one up at a parts store or is there someone where cheaper and is that the part I need for reall .... thanks for the help fellas
