Is this a joke (now illegal to sell children's motorcycles)

The thing that really burns me :x :
Stick it to EVERYBODY, since a few got hurt.

Don't go after the ones that get their kid a bike, skateboard, heelies, etc, etc and then don't supervise them or teach them how to use the things :evil: :!: :!: :!:

10 kids come into the ED with an injury from an ATV/dirt bike.
Only one was from a sanctioned racing event, had on correct equipment and her parents arrived with her :!:
The other 9 didn't have on helmets, no gear........and they were usually riding daddie's FourTrax 5000 4WD monster ATV, not a kid sized 110cc :!: :!: :!:
Parents arrive to bedside.........
What happened?
50%......We don't know, his friends called and said he'd had a wreck......
It's all I can do sometimes not to reach over the bed and wallop them in the head and yell WHAT WERE YOU THINKING :!: :!: ( the parental units, not the kids) :oops:
