Stripping a Trailrider down
I have a Trailrider 110 that is pretty much full-dress and I am seriously thinking I might improve its dependability if I stripped al the superflous non-trail stuff off of it, like the headlight, speedo, turn signals, idiot switches, etc.
Since I am not going to ride on the street, IMO, all the above can only contribute to possible problems, and if it is stripped off, the bike would be more dependable. Am I thinking right on this ? If so, can I mess up the starting/running of the bike by taking stuff off, or do I just unplug it, remove it, and forget it ? Any help would be apreciated.
