2024 Hawk X 250, no wire spots for Zanella speedo, weird ecr/pair valve? Any support?

Hi guys. I received my 2024 hawk x 250 today and I'm trying my hardest to get it up and running but I think I need some help.

I installed the Zanella digital speedo and it all works perfectly except for the wires for the gears, under the tank/seat area when I go to the harness every video shows, I don't have any blank spots to plug my wires into. They're all taken. Any ideas?

Also, to install my nibbi carb it appears I have to use the "alignment valve" that came apart of the stock carb to get it mount horizontal. It also has a vacuum port hooked up to what appears to be a pair or two emissions setup? Any idea if I can just block off the port on the part that makes the carb level, and remove that entire setup? It leads to the device and then the air box but im going to run a pod filter.

Would I need an "ECR" valve block for the side of the top end where it runs to/from?

Also on my front tire I have a spoke that just won't get tight at all, it just spins and spins and never tightens any idea on a replacement?

Thanks guys here's some pics
