MCO notarization?
I bought a BMS Enduro CRP (Bashan) from TXpowersports and took it to the NC DMV to register it where they informed me that the MCO needed to be notarized by the dealer, is this true for North Carolina?
I have the Bill of Sale provided by TXpowersports which has been notarized. |
