Texas Bike Rider

Howdy y'all! I've just discovered the 'China bikes', and I am quite interested in them. I grew up on dirt bikes, now riding a Harley Street Glide. I'm pretty good sized boy, standing 6'6" and hitting 275 on the scales. So... Do y'all think one of these bikes would be a good fit for me?
Also, during the registration process, I think I missed checking some vital box, but I can't for the life of me recall what it was, lol.

Any idea what would easily be missed during the registration process?
