Back in June I purchased a scooter from this company. It arrived a week or two later in good condition. It is now August and as of yet they still have not provided mso, title, or any paperwork at all, nothing. They tell me they asked the manufacturer (Vitacci) for paperwork but haven't recieved a response from them. Obviously this is quite frustrating as the scooter is effectively useless without being able to register it.
Has anyone else had this issue with this company?
