Falcon 250

My son bought a new Vitacci Falcon 250 last year and has never ridden the damn thing. He carried it to a shop to be assembled and the guy fired it up and let it run while he stepped out for lunch. To his surprise the bike quit running as he didn’t know that the engine was water cooled and the engine seized. Now we need a new engine. But dealing with the dealership has proven difficult. Emailed them and they replied with a number to text. No response to my text. Correspondence is terrible. All I need is a parts list for the engine. Anyone know a better way to contact them? TIA
