aaronin93313 Join Date: Jun 2023 Posts: 8	Powersportsmax.com Ca legal bikes All of the listings for their CA legal bikers say that they are CARB red sticker certified. Does that mean off road only? It even says that on the scooters. Find it hard to believe that a scooter is meant for off roading. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks
