Hawk 250 (Will this part work)?

I'm sorry that my posts tend to be a little all over the place. My asbergers makes me very very good at mechanical things but absolute crap at using technology.

I literally just need to know if this will work well enough for now for my 2021 Hawk 250. I have no idea how to look for parts but I'm trying. I appreciate y'alls patience with me.
